I am Anastasia:  stay at home mom of an active toddler and baby-twins. I have a Ph. D in holistic nutrition (my doctorate is about  commercially  processed foods and their impact on human health; ) I am a yoga teacher and a former model. I have produced and  appeared in thirteen yoga DVDs, wrote a brochure on nutrition and starred in a yoga TV show on the Tennis Channel. I speak four  languages and make yummy healthy meals for the whole family in twenty minutes. I started this blog to share my love and  knowledge of health, nutrition, fitness and yoga with you. I believe that any mama can be a healthy mama, given the right recipes,  exercises and encouragement.
